New Seashell Wool Applique Pattern Release " Ocean Breeze" with Trapunto Accents

This wool applique candlemat is just perfect for patio entertaining, the beach house or cottage decor. We used a combination of hand dyed and textured wool. Plus a fun technique called Trapunto on the shells.  Trapunto gives a dimensional look by gently stuffing the shells..gives them a natural look. To much fun.

We used Valdani 3 Strand Variegated Thread giving the piece extra depth in the design.

This pattern may be purchased at many of the fine shops listed in this blog.

    Really really pretty!!! I think I can hear the ocean from STL!! I did finally get hooked up with a shop where I can purchase your charts online...yay!!!

    I received the Ocean Breeze pattern today. I don't have the right blue or sand wool colors in my stash. Any suggestions on where I might purchase the colors that you used? Thanks!

    Yes, this pattern is still available. Just do a search of Ocean Breeze Crane Design and you will find lots of shops that still carry this pattern.

    yes, the pattern is still available...just do a search and you will find many shops that carry it in kit form or just the pattern.
